Our Mission

The Problem

Our initial research found that many organizations and programs are great at treating problems for the short term, but they rarely address the symptoms or causes of behavior. Thus, they fall short of producing lasting results.

We need to come up with another way to heal and empower girls, women and mothers.

Our intention is to fill this gap by integrating yogic science and philosophy combined with meditation into all of our programs and trainings, and we believe that this might be the missing piece—the solution—to delivering optimal, lasting results.

We are facing an epidemic of non-communicable lifestyle diseases—obesity, cancer, depression, type II diabetes—modern humans just cannot currently function. It stems from an inability to deal with stress, and an inability to be aware of our minds and bodies.

The Solution

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as a foundational tool combined with a coaching, consulting, and curriculum model offers an innovative solution.

The science of Kundalini Yoga, meditation and lifestyle offers accessible tools that offer quick and lasting results. These teachings offer increased empathy, re-patterning and fast and lasting release from low, mid and high level trauma.

By using these tools, we aim to break the cycles that perpetuate poverty, addiction, abuse, violence, discrimination, depression, anxiety, etc. at the root cause.

Our Role

Our role in this dialogue comes at a very necessary time, as it is becoming painfully apparent that through life circumstance, both socially-inflicted and self-inflicted, people experience denial of a gift: to be thoroughly and freely themselves, and therefore happy, and this causes anxiety, depression, panic, suffering, and can turn into anger, violence, and malevolence.

Whether it be healing sexual trauma, or conscious parenting and partnership (amongst the numerous programs/modules we have envisioned), we endeavor to offer powerful tools to give people a sustainable opportunity to be the kind of person they want to be, and live the life that they deserve.

As Yogis, Life Coaches, Mentors, Teachers, and anyone choosing the path of Love over Fear, we have invaluable tools, capacities, inspiration, life lessons, Love, and Universal energy to give people not only Hope, but real and tangible processes for achieving personal freedom.
