You Go Girl Yoga in collaboration with Plank® invites you to an experiential and empowering evening designed to share our 2019-20 mission to bring innovative trauma-informed yoga, meditation and coaching to refugee girls and women living in the United States. If you are someone who would like to learn more about how our work is making a difference in the lives of girls and women, this is your opportunity to become a part of herstory by getting involved and helping make a direct impact.

The Night Features:

6:00-6:20pm: Mingle with LIVE Jazz Music from Recording Artist Gurusangat Singh 

6:20-6:30pm: Welcome, About Us,  Meet our Team

6:30-7:10pm: Learn more about YGGY and sample the YGGY Experience with our Teacher Trainer Denise Kirpal Lapides with live music from recording artist Gurunam Singh

7:10-7:25pm: Hear From our Expert - Rachel Lev:  Trauma and Resilience: Why some female survivors are more resilient than others
